What lead you to joining Intelligentsia Coffee?

I moved to Chicago with my girlfriend in 2002. We were both fresh out of college and looking for work. My degree is in Photography, so I was looking for a web design job. I quickly found out that with only a year of previous work, no contacts or local referrals, and my "green-ness" it was difficult to find a job at most agencies here.
