The newest Miele Coffee System - CVA2000 - is advertised as "the world’s first built-in capsule coffee system using unique and flavorful blends of Nespresso pods".
Miele CVA2000 is to be presented at the 2005 International Builder's Show in Orlando, Florida (13 to 16 January).
Miele and Nespresso had in intention to deliver to the consumer a sophisticated coffee taste, yet easy to use device. The CVA2000 does just that.
Each Nespresso capsule contains enough precision-ground coffee to brew one cup; the user just has to fill the water container, place the pods in the dispenser and push a button for brewing.
The unit can take up to 5 capsules in a rotating dispenser, so the user can load it with five different flavors. But s/he can choose among 12 different blends provided by Nespresso.
The system integrates a "Cappuccinatore" that dispenses frothed/steamed milk into the cup as the coffee/espresso is brewed, resulting a wide variety of caffeinated or decaffeinated coffee, espresso, cappuccino, or latte.
